Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercise (TRE):
When we experience everyday stress, or larger traumatic events, we are left with physiological changes in the body. This leads to physical and emotional discomfort and pain.
Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercise (TRE) is an innovative practice which involves a sequence of gentle exercises to assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. TRE safely activates a shaking or vibrating mechanism in the muscles (neurogenic tremors), releasing muscular tension and calming the nervous system to allow the body to return back to a state of balance.
